1. Shipping Policy

At HOIANMADE, we strive to provide efficient shipping services for all our valued customers. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Vietnam. Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days, while bespoke watch straps may take 3-7 business days. During peak seasons, there may be delays of 3-5 business days due to the high volume of orders.

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing essential information such as your order number, order summary, total cost, and shipping address. Your package will be shipped directly to your designated location, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves the warehouse.

We utilize reliable carriers such as DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, or Singapore Post for international orders from Vietnam. These carriers typically deliver within a week, and in some instances, even faster than domestic delivery. To make express shipping more affordable, we subsidize a portion of the shipping cost and do not charge extra for additional products. The shipping cost is dependent on the order value, and any customs or taxes imposed on the order are not our responsibility. Customers wishing to return orders due to customs or taxes will be responsible for any additional shipping costs that may arise.

Please note that we only deliver to residential and business addresses and cannot ship to PO Box addresses, APO, or FPO addresses. In case of shipping issues arising from an incorrect address provided by HOIANMADE, we will either issue a new order or refund the customer.

3. Delivery FAQs

   a. What order value represents which value in the cart or checkout

The order value represents the Subtotal in the cart and checkout.

Note: Virtual products such as gift cards, gifts, or items we cannot ship are not calculated in the subtotal.

   b. Who will pay the taxes

Customers are responsible for paying any taxes imposed. Normally, the carrier will pay the fee on your behalf at Customs, and they will contact you to settle this fee. We declare a low value when sending the goods to you.

   c. How do I track my order?

Yes, log into your account through the online store and check the fulfillment status against your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, click on the order information, and you can find your tracking number. Click on it to move to the DHL page.

As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation message. You can then track your order through the provided tracking link.
