1. Will you have more designs, styles, and products often?
Yes, we constantly update our selection with new designs, styles, and products. Follow us on Facebook or Instagram and enable notifications for sales and new arrivals to stay updated on our latest releases!

2. Do you ship worldwide?
Absolutely! We offer worldwide shipping to ensure that our products reach customers everywhere.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to provide efficient shipping services. Orders are processed in our warehouse in Vietnam, with a standard processing time of 3-5 business days. For bespoke watch straps, it may take 3-7 business days. During peak seasons, there might be delays of 3-5 business days due to the high order volume. You will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking link will be sent once your order leaves the warehouse.

4. May I get a tracking number?
Certainly! All orders include tracking after processing (3-5 days). If you’re missing a tracking number, email with your order number, and we’ll send it to you promptly. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.

5. How can I pay?
We currently accept PayPal payments, Visa, MasterCard, and other major credit cards. Your transactions are secure, and you have the option to pay via PayPal’s SSL-secured offsite transaction processing engine.

6. What happens if I type in the wrong address?
If you provide the wrong address and the shipment hasn’t been sent out, email us at, and we’ll update it. If the item has already been shipped, it’s your responsibility to resolve the matter. Please ensure you enter the correct address when placing orders.

7. Delivery FAQs

a. What order value represents which value in the cart or checkout?
The order value represents the Subtotal in the cart and checkout. Note that virtual products such as gift cards or items we cannot ship are not included in the subtotal.

b. Who will pay the taxes?
Customers are responsible for paying any imposed taxes. The carrier usually pays the fee on your behalf at Customs and will contact you for settlement. We declare a low value when sending goods.

c. How do I track my order?
Log into your account through the online store, check the fulfillment status against your recent order, and click on the order information to find your tracking number. Alternatively, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your order has been fulfilled.
