Return Policy

HOIANMADE values your satisfaction and offers a product return/refund policy to address any issues with your order. If you encounter any problems, please contact our customer support team via email at support@hoianmade.com to initiate a return request.
  • Term of Exchange: You have 30 days from the date of receiving the product or as soon as you discover an error upon receiving the goods.

Below are the conditions under which a return will proceed:
  • Conditions Apply: Applicable to all products with defects from the HOIANMADE manufacturer or if the received product does not match the order information. HOIANMADE ensures that the product you receive is at least 90% accurate in color and other specifications compared to the posted photos, accounting for deviations due to force majeure.
  • Conditions Do Not Apply: Returns are not applicable for errors in dimension choices, dissatisfaction with color, thickness, or material for orders placed on behalf of 3rd parties (gifts), and products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction. Additionally, habitual abuse of our Returns Agreement is not eligible for return.

Remember: Before initiating a return/refund, contact us, and we will guide you to the appropriate resolution. We strive to address complaints in a timely, fair, and reasonable manner, considering options such as repairing the item, selling it for salvage, or providing a replacement.
